For your privacy we ship under the business name of Briefcase Inc. "Jockstrap Central" does not appear on the exterior of the packaging.

If you are purchasing from outside of the USA and Canada then a customs form will list the contents as Men's underwear or clothing; don't be shy or embarrassed, after all who doesn't wear underwear.

For International orders we are legally bound to declare the full value of goods for Customs and Duties purposes.

Most orders ship within 24 hours of the day the order is placed and most often on the same day (weekends and Holidays excepted). For delivery estimates please see the table below.

Free USA shipping and discounted Canadian and world shipping is normally available for orders of $50 or more. The only exception to this is when we have site wide sales going on and even then, it's often available for a higher amount.
